Reservation Agreement

One Deal M.IKE, with MIT number in Greece: 153977807000 and legal address: Kokkinaki 15, Athens P.O. 11143 (hereinafter Company or “we”) provides this website and its services, subject to the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or any of our services. If you do not agree with any statement of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website or any services provided by the Company. The Company provides its services using a reservation system that operates under the name www.onedeal.gr (hereinafter the Website). By using the services provided on this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you enter into the Booking Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Booking Agreement) with the Company. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Booking Agreement entered into between you, as the renter (hereinafter the Renter) and the Company. The Booking Agreement is deemed to have been concluded if the Renter has booked the Service on the Website, the funds available on the Renter's credit / debit card have been charged for this purpose, or the service provided by the Company has been paid for through the PayPal system or Piraeus Bank and the specific reservation has been approved. The service provided by the Company under the Booking Agreement includes providing information about available car classes, sending the Renter's booking preferences (car class, location, date and time of booking, rental period) and sending booking information (hereinafter reservation confirmation) to the Renter by email, if the specific reservation (hereinafter Service) has been confirmed. The price of the Service (hereinafter Service Price) and the car rental price (hereinafter Rental Price) are indicated separately or in total (depending on the selected payment method) on the Website and in the booking confirmation sent to the Renter by email from the Company. On the Website, the price of the Service and the car rental price are visible before selecting the payment method and entering the payment details. Therefore, it is important for the Renter to know that by entering their payment details (or making a payment via PayPal or Piraeus Bank) and authorizing the payment, the Renter has expressed a desire to enter into the Booking Agreement and that this agreement does not can be revoked after sending confirmation of receipt of reservation to the renter's email and no later than 2 days before the day of the reservation. Upon entry into force of the Booking Agreement, funds (in the amount calculated in accordance with the “Payments” section of these Terms and Conditions) will be deducted and transferred to the Company's bank account. A booking receipt will be emailed to the renter as confirmation that the Booking Agreement has been entered into. The Renter must read the Terms and Conditions before paying for the Service and entering into the Booking Agreement. If the Tenant does not understand the meaning or implications of the Terms and Conditions, the Tenant is strongly advised to contact the Company by email: info@onedeal.gr to obtain additional information about the Terms and Conditions before accepting them.

RESERVATION

On the Website, the Renter can choose and book a car from a range of cars. The Booking Agreement is not an agreement governing the car rental service. An agreement of the renter will be signed with the car rental provider upon collection of the rental car. Basic car rental terms regarding driver requirements, insurance, warranty, payments, fuel policy, etc. are available in the “Rental Terms” section of the Website. The full applicable terms and conditions of the car hire provider are available on collection. By reserving the selected car from the Website and confirming the reservation sent to the Renter's email by the Company, the Booking Agreement is considered concluded between the Renter and the Company. The currency is the euro.

 

PROCEDURE FOR CREATING RESERVATIONS

To make a reservation, the Renter will select the required car category. If the car class for the reservation is available upon pickup, it will be provided. The photos of the cars displayed on the search page are indicative. The rental car provided at pick-up may differ from the one shown in the image. It is the renter's responsibility to carefully review all information provided about the selected car before making a reservation. The Renter must ensure that the age of the driver is within the specified age limit. The Company is not responsible if, upon receipt of the car, the Renter does not meet the requirements of the car rental provider. Information about the options and extras that are included and not included in the price are available on the website in the sections “The price includes”, “The price does not include” and the section “Optional extras and services”. If there are extras such as GPS, child seats or bike bags, the option to travel outside the pick-up country, the option to leave the car at a location other than the pick-up location and/or the option to pick up the car at a location other than rental office, this must be specified in writing when booking by email: info@onedeal.gr or live chat by phone. When creating a reservation, the Company's Customer Service Department proceeds to confirm it. Depending on various factors, the confirmation process may take up to 48 hours. If the start date of the rental period is 5 days or less from the reservation date, the reservation will be processed with priority. When the Company confirms that it can provide the car requested by the Renter, the Company charges / deducts the price of the Service (including the price for additional services paid to the Company) from the credit / debit card and sends the confirmation that completes the process confirmation of the reservation. If the car is not available, a representative of the Company will contact the Renter to offer possible alternative bookings. If there are no alternative cars or the Renter does not accept them, the Company will cancel the reservation and refund the money to the Renter's credit card. You can see the status of the reservation made by the Renter on the website by going to the "My Account" section.

PAYMENTS

The payment methods accepted by the Company on the Website are valid credit / debit cards through Piraeus Bank and PayPal. The renter has the obligation to check the payment methods himself before making the reservation or before coming to collect the car. The Company may also provide the Renter with payment on collection at the store. The type of payment available for the specific reservation made by the Renter depends on the terms of cooperation agreed between the Company and the banking systems. The rental price (if not retained by the Company), as well as payments for optional extras and services selected upon collection or not retained by the Company, are charged upon collection of the car.

RIGHT OF SHIPMENT

After entering into the Booking Agreement, the Renter has no right to distance from the Booking Agreement.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

The Renter can cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before the original pick-up time, by phone.
If a cancellation is requested less than 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled pickup time, only the cost of Full Coverage (if purchased) will be provided in the Booking Credit.
No refund will be given if cancellation is requested after the originally scheduled pickup time.
Prices are based on pick-up and return dates and times set prior to the start of the rental. If the car is picked up later or returned earlier, the Renter will not receive a refund for the unused hours or days.
If the reservation is made less than 48 hours before the pickup time, the reservation amount is non-refundable (Full coverage, if purchased, is refundable until the pickup time).
If the Renter does not intend to collect the car (even if there is no right of return), the Renter will immediately inform the Company. Otherwise, the Renter may be charged an additional absence fee.

NOT RECOMMENDED

If the Company is not notified of the cancellation of the reservation 48 hours before the pickup time and the renter does not arrive in time to collect the reserved car, it will be marked as absent and an additional absence penalty may be imposed.
The car rental provider reserves the right to refuse delivery to any renter who does not arrive at the scheduled time and date with all necessary documents, an acceptable means of payment and an acceptable form of guarantee, usually a credit card in the full name of the primary driver with sufficient funds funds to cover the deposit or if the renter arrives at the car rental office under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

MODIFICATIONS:

The Renter can modify the booking preferences by making a request by phone no later than 48 hours before the pick-up date/time. The Company cautions that amendment requests received less than 48 hours prior to the date/time of receipt will not be processed and the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Renter in such event.
Please note that the modification service itself is free of charge, but any modification such as changing the pick-up or return location, car group, rental period or driver's personal details may affect the rental price and result in a different from the value shown on the original confirmation statement.
If the date and/or time of a booking is changed later than 48 hours before the original

time of collection, no refund will be given for the cost of the Service or the rental price (if Full Prepayment).
The Company cannot guarantee the processing of modifications. Any amendment requested by the Tenant will only take effect upon written confirmation by the Company. If the Company has not accepted (in writing) the amendment requested by the Tenant, the conditions previously confirmed by the Company and the Tenant shall apply.
The Company will not be responsible for modifications agreed directly between the car rental company and the renter.

COLLECTION OF THE CAR

The renter must present the following original documents (not copies) when picking up the car:

47.1. Proof of booking

47.2. Valid driver's license from the renter's country of origin. It must be valid in the country where the car is rented.

47.3. International driving license. This may be required in addition to your normal driving licence.

47.4. Valid passport or valid ID

47.5. Valid credit card in the same first and last name as the primary driver's driver's license, with sufficient available capital compounds to cover the guarantee amount.

The Company will not refund any amount paid and shall have no liability if it refuses to provide the car to a renter in any of the following circumstances:

48.1. Not recommended

48.2. Appears slowly.

48.3. Unused days.

48.4. failure to provide any document or item referred to in paragraph 64 above.

48.5. the Renter is going to use the car contrary to the conditions of use defined.

48.6. the Tenant has previously been blacklisted.

48.7. the Renter arrives at the car rental office under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

48.8. there is a problem during delivery which results in the Renter being excluded from the vehicle and the Renter does not call us at that time.

The Company is not responsible for any wait at the car rental office.
The Renter is obliged to read the rental agreement carefully before signing it when receiving the rental car. The tenant's signature means acceptance of all points of the agreement

and all charges.
The Company is not responsible for any price change that occurs at the time of receiving the rental car due to the Renter's acceptance of any optional service/extras (e.g. additional insurance, additional driver, etc.). If the Renter extends the rental period after it has started, the car rental provider may charge the Renter for all costs related to the extension of the rental period.

JURISDICTION / APPLICABLE LAW

The Booking Agreement, the Terms and Conditions and the electronic correspondence, which forms an integral part of the Booking Agreement, are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece. The general courts in Greece have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions and the Booking Agreement.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

The Company and the Renter agree on the procedure by which the Terms and Conditions may be amended.

The Company will inform the Tenant of the amendments to the Terms and Conditions and their effective date on the Website and the Tenant will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the new version of the Terms and Conditions at least 14 (fourteen) days before the start date their power. The amendments also apply to those Booking Services that were viewed/accepted prior to the implementation of the amendments and continue to exist on the effective date of the amendments. If the Tenant objects to the amendments, it may, until the effective date of the amendments, notify the Company in writing of any objection to such amendments.

The Company may unilaterally modify the Terms and Conditions immediately, without notifying the Renter accordingly, if the Renter does not meet the conditions as a consumer according to Greek law, if the specific modification is for the benefit of the Renter, or if any

es technical corrections to it.

RESPONSIBILITY

Company is not responsible for (and has no obligation to verify) email addresses or driver names entered incorrectly or misspelled, or incorrect phone or credit card numbers.
The Company is not responsible for compensating the Renter for damages or losses resulting from actions or cars of the specific car rental provider that do not comply with the rental agreement and/or applicable law.
For the convenience of Renters, terms such as "rental cost", "Pay now" and "Pay on arrival" may be used on the Site. The term “Pay Now” refers to the price of the Service, while the term “Pay on Arrival” refers to the price of the car rental, mandatory additional services and additional services selected by the Renter, all of which are payable .

EXPIRY

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Booking Agreement unilaterally and immediately by notifying the Renter by e-mail in the following cases:

60.1. Error (technical or human) caused by the Company, if the provision of the car rental service becomes impossible or excessively difficult due to the relevant error.

60.2. The Tenant has not passed a security check.

If the Company terminates the Booking Agreement, the Company will refund to the Renter the amount paid for the Service, the rental price (in the case of Full Prepayment) and the amount paid for the Full Coverage if such service has been paid for by the Renter. The Company shall not be liable for any other claims or complaints, including compensation for direct or indirect losses or non-material damages, any costs and expenses of the Renter in connection with this Booking Agreement and the termination of the Booking Agreement and the completion of any new Booking Agreement due to termination of the agreement.

DATA PROTECTION

The Company ensures that the Tenant's personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection requirements applicable in the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. The Company ensures that the Tenant's personal data will be processed in accordance with legitimate business purposes for the provision of the Service requested by the Tenant. The Tenant agrees that:

62.1. in order to provide the Booking Service, the Company has the right to process the personal data provided by the Renter (full name, date

date of birth, telephone and email address) and information related to the reservation in order to be able to provide the requested car rental.

62.2. the Renter's email address will be used by the Company to send its confirmation, inform the Renter of material changes to these Terms and Conditions or any other policies of the company.

62.3. the Renter's telephone number will be used by the Company for clarifications regarding the reservation, if required.

Detailed information about the processing of your personal data, the personal data we collect and process, for what purposes we use it, how long we store it and other information are set out in the Privacy Policy.
You may use the Site to make car rental reservations. You may not use the Website for illegal purposes, i.e. to hold bookings that are prescribed or false, or to obtain data about car rental providers or their car rental offers. By accepting these Terms, the Renter agrees to use this Website only for its lawful purpose.

OFFICERS AND COMPLAINTS

Renter claims must be submitted via the My Booking page within 28 days of delivery of the car or to the Company's legal address. Any complaints must be received no later than 28 calendar days after the last date of the rental period. The Company will not process any complaints received after this period. If the Tenant corresponds to the definition of a consumer according to the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Hellenic Republic, then the Tenant has the right to submit a complaint within the period provided by the special law.
Claims will be considered and a decision will be made within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claims, depending on the level of difficulty of the case.
If within a period of 21 calendar days there is no response from the Tenant to any of the Company's electronic communications, the case will be automatically closed without any resolution and/or compensation.
