Refunds and Cancellations Policy

The Customer can cancel his reservation up to 48 hours before the initial pick-up time, by phone.

If a cancellation is requested less than 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled pickup time, only the cost of Full Coverage (if rented) with Booking Credit will be provided.

No refund will be granted if cancellation is requested after the originally scheduled pickup time.

Prices are based on pick-up and return dates and times agreed prior to the start of the rental. If the car is picked up later or returned earlier, the Renter will not receive a refund for the unused hours or days.

If booked less than 48 hours prior to pick-up time, it is non-refundable (Full Coverage, if purchased, is refundable up to pick-up time).

If the Renter does not intend to collect the car (even if no return is available), the Renter will immediately inform the Company. Otherwise, the Renter may be charged an additional no-pick-up fee.
