Reservations

In order to provide you with car rental services, your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, telephone, email address, country of residence) and information about the reservation from the rental supplier must be used to

Data processing period: The entire period during which services are provided to you and for a longer period if this is necessary to protect our interests and rights in relation to claims against us.

Commercial communications

From time to time we will contact you by email with information about promotional car rental offers. You will have the option to accept or decline receiving such commercial communications by indicating your choice on the booking page when entering driver details.

You will also be given the option at the end of each commercial email to opt-in/out.

Statistics and market research and customer behavior

We make every effort to continuously improve the services we offer, so we use your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, information about your booking, booking history) to collect statistics and conduct research on market and customer behavior.

Our web server automatically identifies each visitor to our website based on a domain or email address. We retain the email addresses of those who contact us.
